1. What will my address be and will it be a P.O. Box? Your address will be a U.S. Street Address that is defined by a Suite Number. Most retailers will not send to a P.O. Box, therefore, we use suite numbers. An example would be: Mr. Jones 2. How often will my mail be sent? You decide what delivery schedule you want. We offer scheduled deliveries of daily, weekly, and monthly. Aside from these choices you can request mail at any other time. A special shipment may be made at any time. 3. Do you repackage items to save on shipping? Whenever possible we will repack your items to consolidate them into one package to save you postage. 4. Other than the stated shipping and handling charges, what other fees can I expect? Within the US there are no other fees associated with your package unless insurance or priority shipping is requested. Outside the US you may incur commercial invoice charges as well as certain tariffs, custom fees, and taxes. If you want specific information regarding your country please email us and let us know what country you will be residing in. 5. If I receive only one letter what will I be charged for? The minimum shipment is only one ounce. We package your mail for shipment to you at the lowest package weight possible and charge you the cost of shipping plus a small handling fee to cover the cost of tape and envelopes 6. After I open my account what elsedo you need from me? After your on line order has been processed the only other thing we need is USPS Form 1583, which allows us to act as an agent to receive mail for you. This document can be found here: USPS Form 1583. (If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, please download and install it FIRST). You then mail USPS Form 1583 to us along with a check your membership fees and postage deposit funds 7. Can I send you mail to be anonymously remailed for me? Yes. Send us the mail with or without stamps and we will post it on our meter, charging you only the cost of postage. This service is included with paid membership. We also provide anonymous remail service to non members at cost plus 10.00 per event. 8. How do I open an account with Fast Forward? First fill out the on-line application. You will then be notified within 48hrs of your new US mail address which you can begin to use immediately. In order for us to forward your mail we will first need to receive a completed form 1583 and the funds for your membership costs along with copies of two forms of id for each adult receiving mail with us, see approved list on the USPS form 1583. 9. How do I pay for my shipments? At the time you sign up you provide us with a refundable postage deposit. When we ship, we deduct the shipping costs and fees from this deposit. Deposits must be received before shipment will begin. If your deposit funds run low, we will send you a notice with your next shipment. When our service ends, your postage deposit funds may be refunded to you. 10. Will you receive mail for other people, such as family and friends, at my address? Yes. Our service is designed for two adults and any dependant minors that reside with them. You may also add associate members (business name, brother, cousin etc.) for $30 per name per year. An additional 1583 form will be needed for each additional name. 11. Can I change my shipping frequency once I have selected it? Your shipping preferences can be changed at any time by contacting our toll free number or sending us an email. 12. What is your customer privacy policy? We consider all information collected from you in any form to be private and proprietary. Our customer's privacy is of the utmost importance and we will at no time divulge customer names, addresses, places of visitation or personal business without you specifically requesting that we do. We would only provide information to government or judicial authority under court order or subpoena and never to private citizens or companies. We will never sell our mailing list to any entity. 13. I travel a lot. How often can I change my address and how do I do that? You may change your Ship To address as often as you like by contacting our Toll-Free number or sending us an email. We can also schedule your whole itinerary so your mail follows you as you travel. 14. How do I contact someone at Fast Forward Re-Mail? You may call us toll free or at the direct dial numbers listed on the site. We provide Personalized service by real people- 10am to 3pm EST weekdays. (Because of our unique personal service we are often available outside those hours. Anytime we are in the office we will personally answer your call to serve your needs). You can count on reaching one of our experienced operators who know how to give you the service you need. We also have 24 hour access via voice mail and email. We observe the same holidays as the USPS. That list can be found on the United States Postal Service website. 15. What does "certified by the USPS" mean? It means we have registered with the USPS and agreed to subject ourselves to inspection by the Inspector General. We operate just like a post office, and work along with them to provide the fastest, safest, and cheapest mail service in the world. 16. What is Package receipt notification? When an important letter or package arrives (medications, jury duty, auto registration, etc) we special handle the piece so you get your most important mail promptly. 17. How does the Florida vehicle registration service work? When you get tired of paying high ad valorem taxes, we know how to qualify you to register your vehicles in Florida. Using our vehicle registration service can save you up to $4500.00 per vehicle per year. You will need to call one of our registration specialists so we can send the proper vehicle registration package. 18. How does the Voters registration service work? You can register to vote in state and national elections by moving your domicile to Florida. Our voters registration service helps you do this and is free to Fast Forward members. 19. Can I have merchandise shipped to my Florida address? Yes, because we provide merchandise receipt service from all carriers, you can save money by ordering by catalog or internet. We receive merchandise for you and reship to your location. 20. Can I pickup my mail when I am in Orlando? Sure you can, stop in when you are in town. Members are always welcome to come by the mail processing center and pickup their mail in person any time you are in Orlando. If you can't make it between 10a and 3p weekdays, just call us and we will make special arrangements to meet you. If you need directions, just call us, we will bring you in safely. 21. Can I receive my mail via fax or email? Yes, your important mail can be in your hands almost instantly using our fax or email service. 22. I am going on a short vacation, and I don't want my neighbors to know my business, can you help? Short vacations are no problem with our vacation mail service. Your mail is kept secure and confidential, and will follow you anywhere or await your return. 23. How do I avoid serving Jury Duty? We applaud you for performing your civic duty, but let's face it, sometimes it is just not convenient to drive across country just to serve on jury duty. We have spent years developing and perfecting a number of perfectly legal and moral methods for avoiding jury duty. When you get called for jury duty, we will attempt to contact you to see if you wish to avoid the jury duty. Removing yourself from the burden of jury duty is as simple as paying our small fee and returning the jury notice to us for handling. If you are not excused, we will refund double your fee. 24. How does the Standard Membership work? (3 months, Six Months, Annual) We provide you with a street address in Florida, you travel as you please and tell us when and where to send your mail. Your mail follows you. You pay a renewable membership rate for a specified period. At the time we sign you up, we collect a refundable postage deposit and each time we mail to you we charge this deposit for the postage based on the USPS postage fee chart plus a small handling fee. 25. How does the Gold membership work? Works just like the Standard membership except that you pay one flat rate annual fee and have no further costs for the year. You may have you mail sent anywhere in the mainland USA one time each week. We follow your mail sorting requests and sort and discard obvious junk mail to save on postage. Occasional packages, no problem. Magazines, no problem. You can hold your mail anytime you want and have it shipped anywhere you want within the mainland USA. 26. What other membership options do you offer? We have developed
additional membership options to cater to the needs of our clients. SILVER MEMBER - This is a three year commitment to the standard membership. It works just like a standard
membership, but saves you money.
If you are going to be committed to the lifestyle for three years or
more, you should consider this option. PLATINUM MEMBER - This
is a three year commitment to
the GOLD membership. It works
just like a GOLD membership, but saves you money. If you are going to be committed to the lifestyle for
three years or more and want the convenience of one flat rate for all
services, you should consider this option. GOLD LIFETIME MEMBER -
This option allows you all the benefits of a GOLD membership for as long as
you need them. It is ideal if
you will be committed to the lifestyle for at least 6 years and don’t want to
pay any more fees, ever. PLATINUM LIFETIME MEMBER – This option offers all the benefits of the GOLD LIFETIME membership. Plus, if the time arrives that you no longer need our services, we will return all the fees charged for this membership. This choice creates the highest value for you since all fees are returned to you when you leave the nomadic lifestyle and resume traditional living arrangements. |
