SUITE
NUMBER
Upon receipt of your completed application,
you will be assigned a suite number. Include your suite number
on your mail as part of your mailing address for accuracy in directing
your
mail.
ITINERARY
If you have an itinerary, send it to us and your
mail will be waiting for you at each destination. OR Use our toll
free number to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to leave your
instructions.
ASSOCIATE
MEMBERS
Our fees are based upon one principal member with no additional charge
for a spouse, even if they use their maiden name. Associate members may
be added at additional cost.
POSTAGE
DEPOSIT
A postage deposit is required of ALL members. You pay ONLY for the service
you require plus the charge for the envelope or box used in re-mailing.
An account will be kept of mailing expenses and you will be notified
when your balance falls below our minimum requirements. In the event
you cancel your service, you will receive a refund of all unused funds
in your postage account.
OFFICE
HOURS
Office Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST. We observe all
Postal Holidays. You may call our toll-free number 24 hours a day and
leave any message you wish. Messages will be handled on the next businss
morning.

FAST FORWARD provides a CUSTOM SERVICE designed to accommodate individual
needs at reasonable rates.Our

to provide you with dependable, worry-free service. Services
rendered to or on behalf of our members remain confidential.
No information regarding you will be given to others without
your express request or under action of law.
MESSAGE
SERVICE
We provide message service concurrent with membership. Messages relayed
by mail are FREE. You may call during business hours and retrieve your
messages for a nominal fee. Messages may be left 24 hours a day 7 days
a week. During non-business hours, calls are recorded automatically.
SPECIAL
HANDLING
We provide an OPTIONAL "Special Handling" Service. For a small
additonal fee, we will "flag" your box for "Special Handling" of
specific items. (i.e. tax returns, vehicle tag renewals, checks, etc…)
These would be mailed UPON RECEIPT to your designated address.
SAME
DAY MAILING
When you change your address before noon EST, we can mail that day at
no charge. After noon, we may still be able to send that day with a nominal
special handling fee.
